Speedy

SEO / ECOMMERCE / 6 months

Speedy had the products and a clearly defined audience. What it lacked was a reliable way for that audience to discover the brand online. BizzAcquire connected technical performance, search visibility, product discovery, and local search into one acquisition system.

COMPANY

A specialist brand with a clear audience—and an unclear path to discovery.

Speedy is a Bangladesh-based sportswear and performance-wear brand serving bikers, cyclists, athletes, and style-conscious consumers. Its range spans windbreakers, cycling jerseys, biking apparel, and casual menswear, with a physical outlet in Uttara, Dhaka. The goal was to reach more high-intent shoppers and create a sustainable acquisition channel without relying exclusively on paid advertising.

  • Bikers, cyclists, athletes, and performance-wear customers
  • Sportswear and fashion eCommerce
  • Bangladesh market with a physical Uttara outlet

CHALLENGE

More products would not fix a discovery problem.

Core product pages had little visibility for searches related to windbreakers, jerseys, and biking apparel. Important keywords were ranking on pages three or four, the website took more than five seconds to load on mobile, and nearby customers could not easily find the Uttara store. A broad keyword strategy would have generated unfocused traffic instead of meeting specialist buying intent.

  • Mobile PageSpeed stood at 58/100
  • Product pages were not built as acquisition assets
  • Local searches such as sportswear shop in Uttara were under-served
  • The market needed product, activity, location, and use-case relevance

APPROACH

One connected system across technical, commercial, local, and content work.

BizzAcquire approached the engagement as a business-growth initiative, not a collection of isolated SEO tasks. We first removed technical friction, then mapped high-intent keywords to the right pages, rebuilt product-page hierarchy, strengthened local discovery, and developed authority-building content around sports performance and activity-specific needs.

  • Technical and mobile performance optimization
  • Commercial keyword mapping and product-page restructuring
  • Google Business Profile and local SEO optimization
  • Sportswear content development and relevant authority building

EXECUTION

Remove friction first. Then build momentum.

The six-month engagement followed a phased implementation model. The baseline was documented, images and galleries were optimized, search architecture was rebuilt, local and informational visibility was expanded, and performance was refined against the original baseline.

  • Phase 01 — Establish the baseline
  • Phase 02 — Remove technical friction
  • Phase 03 — Rebuild search architecture
  • Phase 04 — Expand local and informational visibility
  • Phase 05 — Measure and refine

RESULTS

A measurable lift across discovery, rankings, speed, and local visibility.

Against the documented baseline, Speedy improved organic traffic, tracked keyword position, mobile performance and local profile visibility. These results are presented as the campaign baseline and outcome supplied for this case study.

  • +180% organic traffic — 890 to 2,492 visits per month
  • Average tracked keyword position improved from #31 to #12
  • Mobile PageSpeed improved from 58/100 to 92/100
  • Local profile visibility improved from 45 to 108 profile views

IMPACT

Traffic was the metric. Discovery was the outcome.

Speedy gained a more sustainable way to reach people already looking for what it sells. Customers could move from search to product information more efficiently, nearby shoppers could discover the Uttara outlet, and new categories could launch inside an established search architecture instead of starting from zero.

  • Better access to high-intent customers
  • A faster path from search to product
  • Improved local discoverability
  • A scalable organic foundation
Traffic was the metric. Discovery was the outcome.
